My Housemaid is My Hero at Home

            I have two heroes in my home, first my mom and second my housemaid. Her name is Sarijem, usually I call her Sari. She is 50 years old, she’s old enough. Although, she is old but she still diligent and hard worker. She always finished her job and gives the best result. She is responsible to apologize if she makes a mistake in her work.

            There are some reasons that motivated her to work hard. First, she want have a prosperous life. She want, she can be a rich person and buy anything. Second, she want be a successful person and make her family proud. Third, she must fulfill all the needs of families. Of her three reasons, I think I have to imitate her. Always, do the best for my study, catch my dreams and make my parents proud of me.

            Doing any kind of work there must be challenge, as well as Sarijem. She has two obstacles in carrying out her job. She feels tired because she has a lot of job to be done. For example, she has to wash my clothes, clean my home and cook for my family. Sometimes, she miss her family and hometown. Of this situation, I learned to never give up in doing my job whatever the challenges.

            I think Sarijem is my best housemaid I have. She always giving advise if I have some problems. She always help me if I need her to clean up my room. And the best thing about her she is a honest housemaid, any small things she always tell my family.

Oprah Winfrey, everybody must know that name. She is a famous person in the world because she is a talented woman and a lot of people like her. She knew by public when she became a presenter in “ Oprah Winfrey Show “. One reason people like her because she cares for another, but nobody perfect in the world as well as Oprah. She has some strength and weakness. So, see my opinion about her.

Oprah’s strength give me inspiration for example when she was a student,  she has high spirit to catch good mark and make her parents proud. I think I have to follow her in this situation so I have a passion in my study. The second, she is not racist about black and white person. I feel I have to imitate him because I live in Indonesia which has a lot of clan. And the last she still low profile although she is a successful woman. I think when I became succeed I will not be an arrogant person.

Oprah also has some weakness which I should not imitate. The first, she was pregnant before married. I feel this I the worse thing and I can not follow her in this condition. The second, when she was a teenager, she has a bad attitude such as run away from home because her mother was not respect to her. Luckily, I life in good family and never do that. And the last, she was not diligent and got a bad mark in senior high school. I did that when I sit in senior high school and I regret about that.

So, in my opinion she almost a perfect person which has a good image now. I have to follow good things from her since now but not follow her weakness. And I will remove my bad habits so I could like her.

My Housemaid

I have housemaid and her name is Sari. She is 50 years old. She has been working for 18 months with my family. She lives in my house. She comes from Gombong. The reason why she chose this job because she didn't has title and sufficient knowledge. She likes her jobs because has a high salary. The challenges of her job, sometimes she feel homescik, miss her familly, tired and can't meet her friends. She thinks positive to overcome that challenges with not easy to find a job and she has to focus on her job. Her dreams are want to be a successful and rich person. And her family wants she ives happy and prosperous.
